Chubby's Tacos weekly specials can be best thought of as Chef's Choice specials. Each week, the staff will present a unique offering - often a family or hometown specialty. Previous specials have included Shrimp and Tilapia Ceviche Tostadas, Confetti Chicken Tacos, Puerco con Salsa Verde, Chili Colorado Burritos, and Camarones ala Diabla Quesadillas just to name a few.
